Edwardian Pongee Silk French Cuff Blouse

The wonder textile! You’d think this airy and delicate fabric would be weak and require caution when wearing. But it’s got the strength of a tiger! Beautiful plain weave raw silk pongee with pin tuck button front dotted with teeny MOP buttons, double french cuffs and gentle gathers. Fabulous condition, especially for her maturity. One tiny seam pop and some light staining ( see green onion for examples)
