Custom Helen Rose Gown

From the iconic designer, Helen Rose. 
This gown was made exclusively for Hollywood screenwriter, Frances Kavanaugh. I had the ABSOLUTE privilege of acquiring her INCREDIBLE wardrobe back in 2017. (She passed away in Jan 2009)
Only the absolute finest in luxury clothing could be found in her expansive collection. So it’s no wonder she had a bougainvillea pink crystal beaded gown made for her body… by the two time academy award winning designer, Helen Rose. Let’s not forget her 8 Oscar nominations as well! Helen was an expert in the use of chiffon… the finicky fabric that turned most seamstresses running… was no match for the talent of Ms. Rose. 
You’ve probably seen the white chiffon dress that Elizabeth Taylor wore in the film Cat on a Hot Tin Roof… that’s the expertise and total brain child of Helen Rose. 
This gown is all hand finished! And I tell you….better in the flesh. 7 pounds of beautiful beadwork, silk and crystals. She feels like a gorgeous second skin. 
35 bust, 27 waist, 38 possibly 40 hip, 8.5 armscythe, 54 length with an open kick pleat in the front. This dress could be in a museum!
